If you are looking for a smaller, more personal accommodation for your conference then you have found the right one.

Up to 22 people can stay and confer in a homely environment. You can rent the whole house and have access to all parts of the house - guest rooms, public areas, sauna, relax & kitchen. Contact us with the wishes / requirements you have and we will send you a quote.
Cozy accommodation, wonderful staff and great location. Even if the rooms do not have their own toilet, you do not think about it,. The garden is cozy and the house is full of different small environments where you can sit and take it easy. Can highly recommend :)

Very nice location, ideally situated to visit Fjällbacka, Smogen, Grebbestad.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with homemade cookies and bread.
Nice that there is a shared kitchen which everyone can use.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to nice baths and restaurant within walking distance.
We got a big nice room, shared bathroom and shower. Well-cleaned and nicely decorated house with the opportunity to have breakfast in the garden. Great lovely breakfast with delicious bread!

ABOUT US
This B&B is owned and run by Sandra and Hanna Olivegren, mother and daughter. We bought the property in 2023 and took over from the previous owners Helen and Niclas Melander, who had been running Villa Akvarellen B&B since 2012. Our vision is to continue running is as a B&B but also to use this beautiful place as an artist residence as well as a workshop and meeting place. Both Sandra and Hanna have worked for many years in the cultural sector, Sandra as a business manager and producer in film and music and Hanna as a singer and composer. We want it to become a place for creation and learning and a place where you can find peace and enjoy the proximity of the ocean.
